The service offers new computers and servers; the service also covers the management and maintenance of the IT infrastructure for a low monthly fee. The new service requires a 3 year signed contract with a down payment. This is itAMPM's highest service offering. Platinum Managed Service covers everything; hardware, Miscrosoft operating system and Microsoft Office software licenses and full service management and maintenance, including phone technical support on most applications.
