How much does it cost?

All MMP clients will have a mandatory Evaluation and Baseline Implementation cost which matches their first month’s MMP retainer plus 10%.

1.                   Evaluation – 50% of first month’s MMP Retainer amount, due with first month’s Retainer and prior to work commencing

2.                   Baseline Implementation – remaining 50% of Evaluation Balance due upon completion of Baseline Implementation

3.                   First month’s MMP Retainer – can be calculate with the spreadsheet below

4.                   Depending on your particular office’s needs and a result of the Evaluation Report, you may be required to improve on certain aspects or components of your Infrastructure.  However, we find that any business with the following items need not re-invest at time of sign-up

a.       an adequate DSL speed of over 1mb down and 786 up

b.       reasonably new server (less than 2 years old) with sufficient disk space, memory and CPU to handle the current workload – a report will provided to document this finding

c.       reasonable Desktops and Laptops (less than 2 years old) with sufficient disk space, memory and CPU to handle the current workload – a report will provided to document this finding

d.       adequate routers/firewalls/switches (less than 2 years old) with sufficient disk space, memory and CPU to handle the current workload – a report will provided to document this finding

e.       adequate backup solution – we will definitely recommend our solution because of how well it handles backups and restorations, however, we will consider your backup at time of discovery

f.        reasonably good quality network/Ethernet cabling and data jacks.  These cables are essential to an efficiently running network and cannot be neglected

g.       software compliance will be recommended should there be any licensing discrepancies
