MMP - Maintenance Plans Levels and Prices (as of April 1, 2008)

Desktops and Laptops

Pay As You Go – All labor billable hourly

·                                              Hourly  Rates

o                     Business hours support rate – $110/hr with one (1) hour minimum

o                     After hour support rate – $165/hr with one (1) hour minimum

·                                              Remote support billable in 30 increments according to rates above

·                                              First available appointment during business hours of 7:30am -5:30am

·                                              Payment Terms – Net 15 from Invoice Date

Bronze Level –                $8.50/per computer (desktops only)

                                         $12.50/per laptop/notebook

·          Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware Software and Licensing included with complete updates

·          LOGMEIN Software and Licensing for remote support included (speeds up remote support calls)

·          Asset management and tracking agent

·          Remote support billable in 30 minute increments

·          Rates – One (1) hour minimum for all onsite support

o         Business hour support rate - $110/hr

o         After hours support rate - $165/hr

·          Payment Terms – Due on or before the 1st of each Month to be retained

Silver Level –                  $24.50/per computer (desktops only)

                                         $28.50/per laptops/notebooks

**Includes everything from BRONZE LEVEL plus…

·          Rates – One (1) hour minimum for onsite support

o         Business hour support rate - $90/hr

o         After hour support rate - $135/hr

·          Unlimited How-To support for common products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc. (does not include any SBT/ACCPAC/PROWaste/SharePoint Portal  and other Custom Applications) during business hours

·          **Windows Critical Update Service for Operating System and Office during business hours

·          Quarterly system Scandisk and Defragmentation

·          Payment Terms – Due on or before the 1st of each Month to be retained

Gold Level –                    $49.50/per computer (desktops only)

                                         $55.00/per laptops/notebooks

**Includes everything from BRONZE and SILVER LEVEL plus…

·          Rates – One (1) hour minimum for onsite support

o         Business hour rate – $75/hr (only applies to New work, NOT “Break-Fix” issues)

o         After hours rate – $105/hr (only applies to New work, NOT “Break-Fix” issues)

·          **Windows Critical Update Service for Operating System and Office after business hours (no downtime)

·          Priority support as needed

·          24/7/360 WORRY-FREE Support – Covers all “Break-Fix” issues except for SBT/ACCPAC/PROWaste/SharePoint Portal and other Custom Applications when the issue is beyond connection to the application

·          Unlimited How-To support for common products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc. (does not include any SBT/ACCPAC/PROWaste or Custom Applications)

·          Spam Filter Maintenance when purchased with GOLD LEVEL Server Plan

·          Payment Terms – Due on or before the 1st of each Month to be retained


 

Servers and Critical Machines

Pay As You Go – All labor billable hourly

o                     Business hours support rate – $150/hr with one (1) hour minimum

o                     After hour support rate – $225/hr with one (1) hour minimum

·                                              Remote support billable in 45 minute increments according to rates above

·                                              First available appointment during business hours of 7:30am -5:30am

·          Monthly backup verification

·          Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware Software and Licensing included with complete updates

·          LOGMEIN Software and Licensing for remote support included (speeds up remote support calls)

·          Remote support billable in 30 minute increments

·          Rates – One (1) hour minimum for all onsite support

o         $110/hr with one (1) hour minimum

o         $165/hr with one (1) hour minimum

·          Payment Terms – Due on or before the 1st of each Month to be retained

o         Business hours rate – $90/hr (for new work only, existing systems are covered)

o         After hour rate – $135/hr (for new work only, existing systems are covered)

·          2 Hours of remote support included monthly

·          **Windows Critical Update Service for Operating System during business hours only

·          Service Monitoring

·          Event Log Monitoring

·          Drive Space Monitoring

·          Backup Job Monitoring

·          Daily Server Status and Safety Check e-mail

·          Available 24 hour support for remote or onsite service

·          Payment Terms – Due on or before the 1st of each Month to be retained

 

Gold Level –                    $250/per server

**Includes everything from BRONZE and SILVER LEVEL plus…

·          Rates – One (1) hour minimum for onsite support

o         Business hours rate – $75/hr (only applies to New Work, unnecessary for “Break-Fix” issues)

o         After hour rate – $105/hr (only applies to New Work, unnecessary  for “Break-Fix” issues)

·          **Windows Critical Update Service for Operating System and Office during business hours

·          Windows Service Pack Updates

·          Priority Support

·          24/7/360 WORRY-FREE Support – Covers all “Break-Fix” issues only except for SBT/ACCPAC/PROWaste/SharePoint Portal  and other Custom Applications

·          System Health Monitoring

·          Spam filter maintenance included when purchased with GOLD LEVEL Desktop and Laptop Plan

·          Monthly Backup testing and file Restoration

·          Payment Terms – Due on or before the 1st of each Month to be retained
