  • Do I have to sign a contract?

No, you will not have to sign a contract for the first year. We are confident that once you try our services you will quickly realize the benefits and remain happily an MMP client. You will however need to sign a Service Agreement that essentially covers the following items.

1. It guarantees that you must remain an MMP client for the initial duration of six (6) months from start date.

2. You must agree to pay all retainers prior to the 1st of each month for services to be rendered for the month to follow. This is a retainer, not an invoice. All work not covered by the MMP, namely Moves/Adds/Changes will be invoices separately.

3. Any non-payment during the initial startup period of six (6) will result in the termination of service, with the balance of the remaining months all due immediately. You will be responsible to pay all outstanding balances for Startup costs, monthly retainers and any other time and materials.

4. You will be required to pay an evaluation and baseline implementation fee that matches the cost of your first month’s service along with the first month on or before the commencement date. The evaluation and baseline implementation fee will however, be divided and due before the evaluation 50% and after the baseline is completed 50%.

5. Upon completion of the Evaluation period you will receive a report of recommended upgrades and changes to your current environment. If you choose to decline the changes, you may decide to cancel the MMP altogether and receive a refund for the cost of the first month’s MMP; however, the balance of the Evaluation and Baseline Implementation fee will be withheld from the refund.
