  • How much does it cost?

All MMP clients will have a mandatory Evaluation and Baseline Implementation cost which matches their first month’s MMP retainer plus 10%.

1. Evaluation – 50% of first month’s MMP Retainer amount, due with first month’s Retainer and prior to work commencing

2. Baseline Implementation – remaining 50% of Evaluation Balance due upon completion of Baseline Implementation

3. First month’s MMP Retainer – can be calculate with the spreadsheet

Regular hourly rates are $125 per hour and $150 per hour for after hours and weekend. Different rates are available upon singing long terms contracts or if agreed upon with a retainer payment.

Bronze and all higher service levels include MSBSC (Managed Server Based Security Control) and remote connectivity with logmein.com PRO edition for remote management and free logmein.com PRO user licenses for every computer.

Silver service level have unlimited online labor support at no charge. Onsite support will be available at a reduced hourly rate of $75/hour and technical incidents will be addressed within 24 hours of calling unless the time range falls on a weekend. After hour and weekend rates are $115 per hour.

Gold and platinum levels have unlimited online and onsite labor support at no charge. Onsite support will be available within 4 hours of calling unless the time range falls on the next day or on a weekend. After hour and weekend rates are at $75 per hour.

Platinum level covers labor and hardware replacement at no charge for all covered equipment. Also, depending on your particular office’s needs and a result of the Evaluation Report, you may be required to improve on certain aspects or components of your Infrastructure. However, we find that any business with the following items need not re-invest at time of sign-up.

An adequate DSL speed of over 1mb down and 786 up.
